Welcome to SimpleGoal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the SimpleGoal team ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using SimpleGoal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SimpleGoal is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App or any of its content without our prior written consent.
If you have feedback or suggestions for improving SimpleGoal, we welcome them — though please note that by submitting them, you grant us the right to use and incorporate your ideas without obligation.
SimpleGoal offers a paid subscription service ("Premium"). Once purchased, you can enjoy all Premium features for the duration of your subscription.
Your Premium membership is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, rent, sell, lend, share, or sublicense your account or membership benefits to any third party.
Once you purchase a Premium subscription, the service begins immediately and fees are generally non-refundable.
If you purchased through the App Store and wish to request a refund, please follow Apple's official process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions are made entirely by Apple — we cannot process refunds for App Store transactions directly.
If we determine that your membership was obtained or used through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to revoke your membership without a refund.
All rights in SimpleGoal — including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property — belong to us. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to extract its source code. You also agree not to remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.
You are responsible for how you use the App. Unless permitted by law or by our prior written consent, you must not:
If we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice and pursue any available legal remedies.
You agree not to use the App to create, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable laws.
SimpleGoal is currently available on iOS only. All your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in iCloud. We do not store your data on our servers. If you turn off iCloud sync, your data lives only on your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete your local data.
Content you create in the App — such as goals, plans, and notes — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely as needed to provide and improve the service.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
